Attorney Johanny Uzcategui

Johanny Uzcategui is a lawyer in Venezuela and the United States, graduated from the University Rafael Belloso Chacin in Maracaibo, Venezuela in 2001. Later Johanny Uzcategui graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida in 2004. Subsequently, Johanny acquired the Master in Business Administration at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. Johanny is a member of Impreabogado of Venezuela since 2001, and a member of the Florida Bar Association since 2006.

Johanny Uzcategui currently serves as co-founding partner of the law firm of Gomez & Uzcategui and continues to practice exclusively in the area of immigration law. Johanny has extensive experience in the Immigration Practice and has represented hundreds of clients in all legal and transactional aspects within the scope of immigration laws in the United States. Johanny is a very active and through immigration attorney, and has accumulated a remarkable number of victories on behalf of her clients in various immigration courtrooms.

She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She can speak in the languages: English and Spanish.
